Seller Cost Calculator
At settlement the seller pays different costs than the buyer. We’re working on putting together an accurate closing cost calculator, but until we do, the best resource you have is your Center City Listings Realtor. They can give you a pretty accurate estimate of what your closing costs will be.
Steps to Settlement
Within 5-10 days of having accepted the offer:
Various home inspections will be scheduled and completed
If you’re selling a condo, your condo documents should be requested and delivered to the buyer
15-20 Days After Offer
You should review and accept the home inspections. This needs to be completed within 5 days of receiving the report.
One week before settlement:
Transfer utilities out of your name
Obtain your mortgage payoff information
On Settlement Day, don’t forget to bring your photo ID!
